Glow orders placed with free shipping can take 5-7 business days to arrive, which includes processing time.

If you need your package sooner, we also offer expedited shipping that will take up to 3 business days. Expedited shipping will take 2-3 days to arrive once shipped, and costs an additional RM 12. 

*Please note that our warehouse is not open on weekends, so, depending on the day that you place your order, expedited packages may take longer than 3 days to arrive. In order for your order to be processed on the same day, it must be placed by 12 PM MYT.

Expedite shipping is currently available only in West Malaysia.

If you have received the wrong item, please reach out to us at help@glowkl.com and we'd be happy to resolve the issue for you.

However, due to intimate nature of the products and due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of the products. 

Glow will exchange products received in damaged condition. Whenever possible, damaged products will be replaced. When a replacement is not possible, in-store credit for the amount of the damaged products may be issued. 

Glow reserves the right to request for images or videos of damaged products and packaging to assess the level of damage.

Important! It is the sole responsibility of the customer to share the images or videos of damaged products at help@glowkl.com within 24 hours from the date of receiving the parcel.

Each order has a specific tracking number that will be emailed to you after your order ships.

If you do not have registered email with us, you can use our Guest Tracking Order option under 'We Care 4 U' section.

If you no longer have access to the email address on your Glow account, you can request your tracking information by reaching out to us at help@glowkl.com.

Yes! Currently we offer free shipping in peninsular Malaysia & Just Rm 15 for East Malaysia.

If you need expedited shipping, we offer 'express shipping' for RM 12.

*Please note orders placed by 12pm MYT will ship the next day. If ordered on a non-business day, it will ship the following business day. 

For the fastest, most efficient delivery service, we use J&T Express courier company, both for standard and expedited shipping.

Our packaging is very discreet (just plain cardboard and a shipping label)!
