Easy-peasy!

You’re automatically included as a GlowRewards member so long as you have registered account with Glow and made a transaction via glowkl.com.

GlowRewards Points will only be awarded for transactions made via glowkl.com so long as you have registered account and login while making purchase. However, there are some glowkl.com transactions that do not qualify for GlowRewards Points

Transactions, or part thereof, that DO NOT earn GlowRewards points include but are not limited to:
a) Spending GlowRewards points
b) Campaigns and Promotions (unless stated otherwise; refer to applicable terms and conditions)

Unfortunately, your GlowRewards points are non-transferrable.

You can find the information regarding multiplier points in your Glow account. Navigate to your “Account” > “Your Reward points”.

GlowRewards points system is extremely easy! Simply register your account at glowkl.com, make transactions while login at glowkl.com and voila.

RM1 spent = 10 GlowRewards points.

You can redeem your GlowRewards on checkout page: 1000 GlowRewards points = RM 3 off.

If you are not sure how many points you have accumulated, simply head to your "Account" > "Your Reward Points"

Alas! GlowRewards points can not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code, coupon and/or offer.

You can only use your GlowRewards points to shop at glowkl.com and to pay/redeem them for your purchases.

You can start redeeming your GlowRewards points when you reach 1000 points and this can be done in increments of 500 points (ex. 1,000, 1,500, 2,000, etc.).

Yay!!! There is no limit in redemption of your Glowreward points, so keep on shopping!

If you have made purchase before June 2021, you might not have received your points as Glowrewards points initiative went live from Jun1 2021 onwards. Do not despair though!
